William Blake As Prophet
Some who have studied the poetry and essays of William Blake have suggested that Blake may have been a prophet. This is a pretty wide-open statement but do you believe that Blake may have had prophetic ability?
Hey, Randy, Tom Collette here. Long time no see! I don't know much about Blake but I think that Yeats' "The Second Coming" hits the nail on the head as far as concise prophecy goes.
My name is Crystal Salcido and I am a former student of yours. I know this has nothing to do with the question you pose, and I apologize for that. Still I found this blog and thought I'd take the opportunity to let you know what a profound impact you have made on my educational and now professional career. You gave me, as a high school student, a glimpse into my university experience that I would eventually fall in love with. I graduated with a degree in creative writing and English and American literature. I am passionate about reading and writing and understand the things I see around me. Now I hope pass along some of the same passion you imparted as I try to begin a career in education. Thank you for what you've done....
I did just read "The Great Divorce," by Lewis and found it to be a unique and provocative look at heaven...
Randy Lee Eickhoff holds two doctorates, one in philosophy and the other in theology in which he suggested in his dissertation that various books of the New Testament came from one central source, the famous (or infamous) Q Document.
